Tomorrow and Dec. 15, 2010 Lejzer Ludwik Zamenhof, creator of Esperanto, will be commemorated with demonstrations around the world in the 151 anniversary of its birth. The Polish scholar, recognized in 1959 by UNESCO as "one of the great personalities of Humanity", was born in Bialystok, Polish city then belonged to Russia, where he developed interest in languages and the search for a tool intercomprehension among peoples such as to overcome the barriers between ethnic groups. The Esperanto was presented for the first time in 1887, sprang from these premises and is the first step towards Homaranismo, a project of universal brotherhood established in 1906 by Zamenhof.
The Polish scholar, the approach of the First World War, launched a last ditch "appeal to diplomats," published in English and Esperanto, by invoking respect for the rights of all citizens of individual states, regardless of their ethnicity, because " Each country must belong morally and materially to all its inhabitants natural and naturalized, whatever their language, religion or supposed origin.

Grassetto
by Renato Corsetti and receive public

esperantistoj Karaj,

Cari esperantisti,

con piacere vedo annunci che corrono tra le liste di discussione regionali in Italia sui festeggiamenti to the date of 15 December. In some groups, the party takes place the weekend following a number of other weekdays.

Although many meanings have been gradually data during the decades to this day, it remains essentially a family party in some way linked to parties in our minds that there will be a bit more 'during quiet stand after month.

This year we can not expect the participation to the festival by Google, as it did last year, but many are gearing up for Twitter in the number of "cheeps" (= messages) with the word Esperanto are many that we have to declare Esperanto unu word of the day. I hope that many "retedipendenti" Italians take part in this activity on 15. But if you can, also participated in a local festival and eat the cake together with the other (the great Italian-Esperanto vocabulary of C. Minnaja translates "Paneto" or "Milan Kuko).

This is an opportunity to be physically in contact and to show solidarity with the people with whom abbiamno worked throughout a year in the making for a better world through Esperanto. This year we celebrate with the feeling that all of you with the work of the Italian Federation has Esperanto able to celebrate its centenary with a series of activities that have proven once again to explain to the Italian company, what is Esperanto and why we have a hundred years but at the same time we are enthusiastic young people to spread the language fair, or in other words, justice in the field of languages.

Thanks to all the Italian and Esperanto greetings on the occasion of December 15.

Sincerely

Renato

After the ceremony the presenter of "Returning Home" (Radio 1, Monday to Friday 17:40 to 18:55) is happy to entertain the public, even to sign copies of his latest books ( "The Sheep red" and "Man property" ).

Enrica Buonaccorti receive the prize "for the interest in communication and linguistic discrimination" , having devoted an entire broadcast (18/01/2010) Esperanto and the implications of the war of tongues.

The adoption of any language in international contexts such as, for example, the European Union poses, in fact, the problem of equality between the languages and cultures by creating relationships of domination, political, economic and social differences between States and between individuals. Esperanto, however, was born as a communication tool neutral, that does not benefit any nation but to allow everyone to quickly learn and use. It is a language with its own history and literature, the patrimony of all humanity and not a single nation.
