ANOTHER "NO" TO FORCING oligarchy LANGUAGE
THE EUROPEAN PATENT COURT EU BOCCIA UNIFIED
The EU Court of Justice ruled yesterday that the project agreement directed to the creation of a European patent court and is not compatible with Community law EU.
